Rock of Bral Encounters
The Rock of Bral is a settlement in Wildspace on an asteroid, that can be placed anywhere useful you need it. It is a place of politics, merchants and inhabitants from across the multiverse. If you encounter trouble it's mostly down to you to sort it out there.
Encounters include ship crew, mercane traders, the beholder Luigi, mercenary thugs, autognome outcasts and plasmoid fences.
Tables could be used for another space port. NPCs might be astral elves, autognomes, dwarves, giff, githyanki, gnomes, hadozee, humans, orcs, plasmoids or thri-kreen. Or another race.
