3 A swan boat from a quaal's feather token (DMG pg 189) with 20 hours left. It has 2 recently married Nobles with a retinue of 1d4 Guards and 1d4 Commoners. 1 Pirate First Mate (GoS) controls it.
4 The Grizzly Ghost is a keelboat crewed by 2 Spies and carries adventurers on a quest following a map. the Flying Daggers consist of 2 Guards, 1 Scout, 1 Druid, 1 Acolyte and 1 Bard (GoS).
5 The Bloody Rose is a longship with Taskmaster's Drums (GoS pg 198) being used as a mercenary vessel. Crew of 40 Tribal Warriors led by 1 Rip Tide Priest (GoS) hoping to combine work with plunder.
6 The Pride of Saltmarsh is a fishing sailing ship crewed by 3d6+12 Commoners and captained by 1 Priest. It has a shrine to a sea god.
7 The Vanity is a keelboat with 1 Scout carrying 1 Noble ambassador and 2 Guards. 1d2 allied Merfolk Salvagers (GoS) escort it.
8 The Salty Surprise is a fishing keelboat with 1 Scout and 1d4 Commoners. They have a ship's dog, 1 Mastiff called Wally.
9 The Whale and the Dolphin are two rowboats crewed by 2d4 Goblins led by 1 Goblin Boss. They are a part of a larger sea-based tribe.
10 The Flying Firbolg is a rowing boat used for fishing. It is crewed by 2 Druids who keep only a few of the fish they catch.
11 The Deepwater is a sailing ship used by pirates. It is crewed by 2d6+6 Bandits led by 1 Pirate First Mate (GoS) and 1 Pirate Bosun (GoS) and has a Churning Hull upgrade (GoS pg 196)
12 The Midnight Hour is a keelboat carrying smuggled cargo it is operated by 1 Bard (GoS) and 1d4 Thugs. It has a Smuggler's Banner (GoS pg 198). Currently it carries wine and other valuable alcohol.
13 The Lasting Breath is a pirate longship crewed by 3d6 Bandits and 1 Pirate Captain. The crew are starving and on the point of mutiny.
14 The Night Rider is a sailing ship being used as a military vessel and has a Reinforced Hull (GoS pg 197). It is crewed by 3d6 Guards with 1 Noble captain who owns a quaal's feather token (fan)
15 The Reaver is a keelboat crewed by pirates. The captain is a Pirate Deck Wizard with 1 Pirate Bosun and 1d4+1 Brigands. It has a ballista with Concussive Rounds (GoS pg 197)
16 The Opportunity is a ghost ship galley with Bones of Endless Toil (GoS pg 198) animating a crew of 80 Zombies. They are manacled and chained to oars, serving a Ghost captain and 1d4 Spectre mates

4 The Titan's Gaze is a sinister galley with a tribute cargo of coins and art, rowed by commoner slaves. Captain is 1 Gladiator with 1d6+2 Scouts and 1 Priest. It has a Death Vessel upgrade (GoS pg 196)

6 The Crimson Ranger is a longship with Scything Oars (GoS pg 197) captained by a Kraken Priest (GoS) with 3d6+20 Tribal Warriors and 1d4 Berserkers. They hunt for large sea creatures for trophies

8 The Happy Coincidence is a sailing ship used for fishing crewed by Commoners. The captain is a Druid bonded to 1d4+1 Giant Coral Snakes (GoS) and the ship is a Living Vessel (GoS pg 196)
9 The Plundering Scream is a pirate longship crewed by 3d6+20 Bandits, 1 Pirate Bosun (GoS), 1d2 Pirate Deck Wizards (GoS) and 1 Pirate Captain (GoS). It has a Red Dragon figurehead (GoS pg 198)
10 The Sea Witch is a sailing ship crewed by 2d6+10 Lizardfolk, 1d4+1 Lizardfolk Scaleshields (GoS) and 1 Lizardfolk Subchief (GoS). They are happy to trade their cargo of shells, charms and weapons.

14 The Kraken's Children These are 3-5 pirate keelboats each holding 1d4 Thugs and 1 Pirate First Mate (GoS). They are led by a Sea Hag. 2 keelboats have ballistas have Grasping Rounds (GoS pg 197)
15 The Waverider is a ghost longship with Screaming Sails (GoS pg 197) crewed by 5d6+20 Zombies controlled by 1d3+3 Wights and captained by 1 Wraith. Legends connect it to a cursed island.
16 The Monarch is a military galley crewed by Guards captained by 1 Mage. It has a Frost-Locked Hull (GoS pg 196) and 1d6 Ice Mephits inhabit it. Several frozen corpses of monsters are stored below.
17 The Storm Seeker is a sailing ship crewed by 2d6 Ghosts with a Storm Giant Figurehead (GoS pg 198). The captain's spirit inhabits a speaking Shield Guardian. They seek vengeance to be put to rest.
18 The Wind's Touch is a sailing ship with Ever-Full Sails (GoS pg 197). Crew of Tribal Warriors and Gladiator captain. Owned by the Ice Daggers adventurers - 1d3 Knights, 1 Priest, 1 Mage and 1d2 Spies.
