Pacos Miscelaneous Stuff has Random Potion Tables (link to pdf in blog post) for Warhammer Fantasy Roleplay 4th edition. With d10 tables for Power, Extra Effect, Drawbacks and Container.
Weird Scientists Collaboration at Perchance
This basic weird scientist generator at Perchance was created for others to take and improve on.
The final version (flashing text) produces weird scientists like
"This crazy-haired person is an inventor of Theoretical Space Drive Experimentation. They are known for the Mathematical Ray."
